This Privacy Policy describes how Ribble Ridge Ads MCP (the “Tool”), the Google Ads API integration built and operated by Ribble Ridge Associates Limited, trading as AI Leadership Lab, accesses and handles Google Ads data.
The Tool is operated by Ribble Ridge Associates Limited (company number 15047002, registered in England and Wales), trading as AI Leadership Lab. For questions about this policy or about data handling, contact google-ads-api@aileadershiplab.com.
The Tool is used internally by AI Leadership Lab staff only (currently the agency director, with up to three staff anticipated). Each staff member authenticates with their own Google account against a single manager account (MCC) that the agency controls. Client businesses do not use the Tool directly and never grant it OAuth consent themselves; they grant the manager account access to their own Google Ads account through Google’s standard account-access process, as part of a separate management engagement with AI Leadership Lab.
The Tool uses the Google Ads API to:
The Tool does not use the Google Ads API’s keyword planning services, does not create Google Ads accounts via the API, and does not use the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API.
Through the Google Ads API, the Tool may access:
This data is accessed only to carry out actions an AI Leadership Lab staff member directs, such as reviewing performance or making campaign changes, on behalf of the agency’s clients.
The Tool holds no database and writes no Google Ads reporting or account data to disk. API responses, including image assets processed for upload, are handled in memory and returned to the operator’s session; they are not persisted anywhere by the Tool. OAuth credentials and the Google Ads developer token are stored locally, on each staff member’s own workstation, with restricted file permissions — never on a server or in the cloud. Data in transit uses standard TLS via Google’s official Google Ads API client library.
Because the Tool does not store Google Ads account or reporting data, there is nothing for AI Leadership Lab to retain or delete beyond the operator’s active session. Locally stored OAuth credentials persist only until a staff member revokes them or their access is removed.
AI Leadership Lab does not sell, share, or otherwise disclose Google Ads data accessed through the Tool to any third party, and does not combine it with data from other advertisers.
Clients do not authorize the Tool directly; they authorize AI Leadership Lab’s manager account to access their Google Ads account, as part of a management engagement. Clients control that access directly through Google Ads’ own account-access management, and can revoke it at any time from within their own Google Ads account — independent of the Tool.
Use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. The Tool accesses and uses Google Ads data only in ways consistent with those terms and only to operate AI Leadership Lab’s Google Ads management service.
This policy may be updated from time to time, including if the Tool’s capabilities or data handling change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
